跟骨关节内骨折手术18例疗效分析

Curative effect analysis of intra-articular calcaneal fracture operation in 18 cases

目的:分析跟骨骨折手术治疗效果。方法:收集手术治疗18例跟骨骨折病例的资料。手术主要采用切开AO钢板固定,AO钢板及螺钉1年后取出。结果:手术后患者患部功能恢复良好。结论:手术切开复位AO钢板内固定治疗跟骨骨折,是获得较满意解剖复位的有效方法,并且固定可靠,能有效地根治粉碎性骨折,但应考虑手术的适应证和禁忌证,预防手术的并发症。

Objective:To analyze the treatment effect of calcaneal fracture operation.Methods:The data of 18 cases of calcanealfracture with operation treatment were selected.The operation was mainly used to open AO plate fixation,and the AO plate andscrew were removed after 1 year.Results:The functional recovery of affected part was good after operation.Conclusion:Theoperation open reduction and AO plate internal fixation in the treatment of calcaneal fracture is an effective method to obtainsatisfactory anatomical reduction,and it is fixed and reliable.It can effectively cure comminuted fracture.But we should considerthe indications and contraindications of operation to prevent the operation complications.
