痰热清注射液联合头孢他啶治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的临床疗效分析

Analysis of clinical efficacy of Tan Re Qing injection combined with ceftazidime in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

目的:探讨痰热清注射液联合头孢他啶治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的临床疗效。方法:收治慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者84例,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用头孢他啶治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用痰热清注射液,比较两组治疗效果。结果:在观察组,临床治疗总有效率92.86%,显著高于对照组的78.57%,APACHE-Ⅱ评分明显低于对照组,发热及咳嗽、咳痰消失时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:痰热清注射液联合头孢他啶治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的临床疗效显著。

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Tan Re Qing injection combined with ceftazidime in the treatment ofchronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods:84 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated with ceftazidime.Theobservation group added Tan Re Qing injection on the basis of the control group.We compared the treatment effect of two groups.Results:In the observation group,the total effective rate of 92.86% was significantly higher than 78.57% of the control group;APACHE- Ⅱ score was significantly lower than that in the control group;the disappearance time of fever and cough andexpectoration was significantly shorter than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of Tan Re Qing injectioncombined with ceftazidime in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease was significant.
