丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠联合稳心颗粒治疗冠心病心绞痛室早临床效果

Clinical effect of sodium tanshinone Ⅱ A sulfonate combined with Wen Xin Granule in the treatment of premature ventricualr contraction in angina pectoris of coronary heart disease

目的:探讨丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠联合稳心颗粒治疗冠心病心绞痛室早的效果。方法:收治冠心病心绞痛室早患者118例,随机分成观察组和对照组,观察组采用丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠联合稳心颗粒治疗,对照组采用异山梨酯、美托洛尔和硝酸甘油治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组的治疗效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠联合稳心颗粒治疗冠心病心绞痛室早的效果显著。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of sodium tanshinone ⅡA sulfonate combined with Wen Xin Granule in thetreatment of premature ventricualr contraction in angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.Methods:118 patients with prematureventricualr contraction in angina pectoris of coronary heart disease were selected.They were randomly divided into the observationgroup and the control group.The observation group was treated with sodium tanshinone Ⅱ A sulfonate combined steady heartpellet.The control group was treated with sodium tanshinone ⅡA sulfonate combined with Wen Xin Granule.The control groupwas treated with isosorbide dinitrate,metoprolol and nitroglycerin.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:Thetreatment effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinicaleffect of sodium tanshinone ⅡA sulfonate combined with Wen Xin Granule in the treatment of premature ventricualr contractionin angina pectoris of coronary heart disease was significant.
