护理干预在改善脑瘫高危患儿饮食行为、促进生长发育中的效果研究

Effect research of nursing intervention on improving the diet behavior and promoting the growth and development of children with high risk of cerebral palsy

目的:探讨护理干预在改善脑瘫高危患儿饮食行为、促进生长发育中的效果。方法:收治脑瘫高危患儿100例,随机分为干预组和对照组。对照组给予常规的婴儿照护健康指导,干预组在此基础上给予口腔按摩刺激法,比较两组干预后1个月、3个月、6个月患儿饮食情况及生长发育情况。结果:干预组饮食行为评分在干预后1个月、3个月和6个月高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后3个月、6个月,干预组BMI高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:有效的早期喂养护理干预措施对促进脑瘫高危患儿饮食行为、生长发育具有重要的作用。

Objective:To explore the effect of nursing intervention on improving the diet behavior and promoting the growth anddevelopment of children with high risk of cerebral palsy.Methods:100 cases of children with high risk of cerebral palsy weredivided into the intervention group and the control group randomly.The control group was given routine health guidance for infantcare.The intervention group was given oral massage stimulation on the basis of the control group.The children's diet and growthand development of the two groups in 1 month,3 months,6 months after the intervention were compared.Results:The scores ofdietary behavior in the intervention group in 1 month,3 months and 6 months after the intervention were higher than those in thecontrol group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The BMI of the intervention group in 3 months,6 monthsafter intervention were higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Effective early feeding nursing intervention could play an important role in promoting the diet behavior,growth and development ofchildren with high risk of cerebral palsy.
