摘要
目的:探讨品管圈在提高神经外科紧急手术术前准备效率中的应用价值。方法:收治行紧急手术的患者98例,随机分为两组。对照组行常规术前护理模式,试验组给予品管圈术前护理模式,比较两组术前准备效率。结果:试验组术前准备效率优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:品管圈术前护理模式可提高神经外科紧急手术术前准备效率。
Objective:To explore the application value of quality control circle in improving the preoperative preparationefficiency of emergency operation in department of neurosurgery.Methods:98 cases of patients with emergency operation weredivided into two groups randomly.The control group was given routine preoperative nursing mode,the experiment group was givenpreoperative nursing mode of quality control circle,and the preoperative preparation efficiency of the two groups was compared.Results:The preoperative preparation efficiency of the experiment group was better than that of the control group,the differencewas statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Preoperative nursing mode of quality control circle could improve thepreoperative preparation efficiency of emergency operation in department of neurosurgery.
