自我管理能力的实践

Practice of self management ability

目的:探讨护理干预对农村维持性血液透析(MHD)患者自我管理能力的影响。方法:收治农村维持性血液透析患者90例,随机分为干预组和对照组,每组45例。对照组给予常规护理,干预组给予1年的护理干预,比较两组自我管理能力和生理健康状况指标。结果:干预组自我管理能力总分、饮食与水盐限制、疾病监测、用药依从性、内瘘的自我护理、对疾病的认识及治疗态度等评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组生理健康状况指标优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:有效的护理干预能提高农村维持性血液透析患者的自我管理能力,减少并发症的发生,提高生存质量。

Objective:To explore the influence of nursing intervention on self-management ability of patients with maintenancehemodialysis(MHD) in rural areas.Methods:90 cases of patients with maintenance hemodialysis in rural areas were divided intothe intervention group and the control group randomly,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the intervention group was given nursing intervention for one year.The self management ability and physical health statusindicators of the two groups were compared.Results:The total scores of self management ability,restriction of diet and water andsalt score,disease monitoring score,medication compliance score,self nursing of fistula score,understanding of disease score andtreatment attitude score in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statisticallysignificant(P<0.05).The physical health status indicators of the intervention group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Effective nursing intervention could improve the self management ability of patients with maintenancehemodialysis in rural areas and reduce the incidence of complications and improve the quality of life.
