甲状腺癌术后的临床护理措施分析

Analysis of clinical nursing measures for patients with thyroid carcinoma after operation

目的:探讨甲状腺癌术后的临床护理措施及效果。方法:对照组行常规护理,观察组行预防性术后护理,比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组并发症率显著低于对照组,护理满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:甲状腺癌术后给予患者预防性护理可有效降低并发症率,提高满意度,改善生活质量,提高恢复效果。

Objective:To explore the clinical nursing measures and effect of thyroid carcinoma after operation.Methods:Thecontrol group was given routine care.The observation group was given preventive postoperative care.We compared the nursingeffect of the two groups.Results:In the observation group,the complication rate was significantly lower than the control group,andnursing satisfaction was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Preventive nursing for patientswith thyroid carcinoma after operation can effectively reduce the rate of complications,improve the satisfaction,improve the qualityof life,and improve the recovery effect.
