转诊患者往往病情危重,病情变化快,容易发生医疗纠纷。本文从评估转诊的条件和要求、对急诊科护理人员的要求、转运患者中护理人员的流程三个方面总结转诊患者的质量控制和安全。

The patients with transfer treatment were often in critical condition and had rapid changes of disease,which was proneto medical disputes.This paper summarized the quality control and safety of patients with transfer treatment from three aspects,including evaluating the conditions and requirements of transfer treatment,the requirements of nurses in emergency departmentand the process of nursing staff in transfer treatment.
