摘要
在对社会资本及大学生就业相关文献进行梳理的基础上,利用珠海市三所独立学院毕业生就业调查数据,就家庭社会资本和个人社会资本对独立学院毕业生就业落实情况、薪酬水平和就业满意度的影响进行实证分析。研究结果表明,社会资本,尤其是个人社会资本对独立学院毕业生就业质量具有显著的正面影响。
Based on the literature related to social capital and college graduates' employment as well as the survey dataof graduates from three independent colleges in Zhuhai City,this paper has made an empirical analysis of the influenceof family social capital and personal social capital on the students' employment,salary,and their degree of satisfactionwith their jobs. The research results show that social capital,especially the personal social capital,has a significant posi-tive impact on the employment quality of graduates from independent colleges.
