心理契约维度与独立学院师资离职意向的关系研究 被引量:4

A Study on the Correlation between the Dimensions of Psychological Contract and Resignation Intentions of the Teaching Staff in Independent Colleges

摘要 研究采用问卷调查和实证的方法,在已有研究基础上,通过相关分析和路径分析,探究心理契约、组织承诺、工作满意度和离职意向之间的相互关系;运用方差分析法,考察性别、学历、工龄等因素对心理契约三维度的影响,并验证其对教师离职意向产生的作用。 Study questionnaire survey and empirical methods,based on existing research,correlation analysis and pathanalysis,to explore the psychological contract,organizational commitment,job satisfaction and the relationship be-tween turnover intention; using analysis of variance,study gender,Effect of education,length of service and other fac-tors on the three dimensions of the psychological contract and verify its role of teacher turnover intentions generated.
