高校质量文化满意度调查与分析——基于学生的视角

Investigation and Analysis of the Degree of Satisfaction at Quality Culture in Colleges and Universities —— from the Perspective of Students

采用问卷调查和个别访谈法,从高校质量文化的精神层、制度层、行为层和物质层四个维度,对大学生高校质量文化满意度进行调查与分析。当前,高校质量文化主要存在着质量理念与目标不明确、质量管理制度不完善、学校教师教学能力有待提高等问题。高校应进一步优化质量理念,加强师资队伍建设,建立健全质量制度,积极开展质量文化宣传,实现质量文化的卓越化,促进高等教育质量的提升。

Using questionnaires and individual interviews,this paper has investigated and analyzed students' degree ofsatisfaction with universities' quality culture at the spiritual,institutional,behavioral,and material levels. The resultsshow that the major problems about the quality culture include inexplicit educational concept and goals,loopholes in thequality control system,and poor instructional abilities of some faculty members. To achieve the excellence of quality cul-ture and elevate the quality of higher education,universities should further optimize the concept of quality,strengthenthe construction of the faculty team,improve the quality management system,and publicize the quality culture.
