双参活血胶囊中药成分鉴定与丹参酮Ⅱa的测定分析

Determination analysis of Tanshinone Ⅱ a and the Chinese medicine component identification of shuangshenhuoxue capsule

目的：探究双参活血胶囊中药成分鉴定与丹参酮Ⅱa的测定。方法：使用HPLC对丹参酮Ⅱa的含量进行检测，使用TLC法检测药物中人参和丹参的含量。结果：丹参酮Ⅱa浓度8～24μg/mL，线性关系良好。结论：双参活血胶囊内的有效成分为丹参酮Ⅱa，且为脂溶性，这项指标能够当作药品质量监控指标。

Objective:To study the determination of Tanshinone Ⅱ a and the Chinese medicine component identification ofshuangshenhuoxue capsule.Methods:The content of Tanshinone Ⅱa was detect with high performance liquid chromatography andthe content of ginseng and danshen was detect with thin layer chromagraphy.Results:The concentration of Tanshinone Ⅱa was 8～24 μg/mL,the linear relationship was good.Conclusion:The effective components of shuangshenhuoxue capsule was TanshinoneⅡa,and it was lipid soluble,which could be used as the quality control index.
