腹腔镜与开腹手术治疗急性阑尾炎的效果对比

Comparison of curative effect between laparoscopic and open operation in treatment of acute appendicitis

目的:探讨腹腔镜手术与开腹手术治疗急性阑尾炎的临床效果。方法:收治急性阑尾炎患者100例,随机分为腹腔镜组和开腹组各50例,比较两组的治疗效果。结果:两组手术时间对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在腹腔镜组,术中出血量、肛门排气时间、住院时间以及术后并发症发生率均显著低于开腹组(P<0.05);开腹组的手术费用显著低于腹腔镜组(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜手术治疗急性阑尾炎具有创伤小、恢复快、并发症少的优点,但相对费用较高,建议根据患者的需求进行术式选择。

Objective:To explore the curative effect between laparoscopic and open operation in treatment of acute appendicitis.Methods:100 patients with acute appendicitis were selected,they were randomly divided into the laparoscopic group and the opengroup with 50 cases in each,we compared the treatment effect of the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference ofoperation time between the two groups(P>0.05).In the laparoscopic group,the amount of bleeding during operation,anal exhausttime,hospital stay and postoperative complications were significantly lower than those of the open group(P<0.05).In the opengroup,the cost of surgery was significantly lower than that of the laparoscopic group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic surgery foracute appendicitis had many advantages,such as small trauma,quick recovery,less complications,but the cost was relatively high,we recommend doctors chose the surgical approach based on the needs of patients.
