应用微小癥瘕理论创制通络散瘕汤治疗冠心病的临床观察

Clinical observation of application of micro mass theory to create the Tongluo Sanjia decoction in the treatment of coronary heart disease

目的：应用通络散瘕汤治疗冠心病。方法：收治冠心病患者120例，观察患者临床表现，心电图情况，平板试验情况，有无复发，有无不良反应。结果：120例患者总有效率93.4%。共治疗2～4个疗程。结论：通络散瘕汤能够有效治疗冠心病。

Objective:The application of Tongluo Sanjia decoction in treating coronary heart disease.Methods:120 patients withcoronary heart disease were selected,the clinical manifestations,ECG,plate experiment of the patients were observed,if there isrecurrence and adverse reaction.Results:120 cases of patients with the total effective rate was 93.4% .A total of 2 to 4 courses of treatment.Conclusion:TongluoSanjia decoction can effectively in treatment of coronary heart disease.
