穴位埋线配合温针治疗黄褐斑的效果观察

Curative effect observation of acupoint catgut embedding combined with warm acupuncture in the treatment of chloasma

目的:观察穴位埋线配合温针治疗黄褐斑的临床效果。方法:对照组采用单纯穴位埋线的方法对患者进行治疗。主穴选取天枢、关元、气海、血海、足三里,肝郁者加肝俞;脾虚者加脾俞;肾虚甚者加肾俞;血瘀甚者加膈俞。每2周埋线1次,连续治疗5次。治疗组采用穴位埋线配合温针的方法对患者进行治疗。穴位埋线方法同对照组。温针:穴位选取天枢、滑肉门、关元、气海、血海、足三里、三阴交,隔天进行1次,每周进行3次治疗,连续10次治疗1个周期。治疗3个疗程后观察疗效。结果:对照组治愈15例(24.6%),显效15例(24.6%),好转16例(26.2%),无效15例(24.6%),总有效率75.4%。治疗组治愈19例(31.1%),显效21例(34.4%),好转18例(29.5%),无效3例(4.9%),总有效率95.1%。结论:两组治疗黄褐斑疗效确切;穴位埋绒配合温针治疗黄褐斑的效果优于单纯穴位埋线治疗。

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of acupoint catgut embedding combined with warm acupuncture inthe treatment of chloasma.Methods:The control group was given simple acupoint catgut embedding method for treatment.The mainacupoints choosed Tianshu,Guanyuan,Qihai,Xuehai,Zusanli,the patients with liver depression added Ganyu,the patients withspleen deficiency added Piyu,the patients with kidney deficiency added Shenyu,the patients with blood stasis added Geyu.1 timecatgut embedding every 2 weeks,for 5 consecutive times.The treatment group was given acupoint catgut embedding combined withwarm acupuncture method for treatment.The acupoint catgut embedding method was same with the control group.The mainacupoints of warm acupuncture choosed Tianshu,Huaroumen,Guanyuan,Qihai,Xuehai,Zusanli and Sanyinjiao,every other day for 1time,3 times a week,for 10 consecutive times as 1 cycle.The curative effects were observed after 3 courses of treatment.Results:Inthe control group,15 cases(24.6% ) were cured,15 cases(24.6% ) were markedly effective,16 cases(26.2% ) were improved,15cases(24.6% ) were ineffective,the total effective rate was 75.4% .In the treatment group,19 cases(31.1% ) were cured,21cases(34.4% ) were effective,18 cases(29.5% ) were improved,3 cases(4.9% ) were ineffective,the total effective rate was 95.1% .Conclusion:The curative effects of the two groups in the treatment of chloasma are exact.The effect of acupoint catgut embeddingcombined with warm acupuncture in the treatment of chloasma is better than that of simple acupoint catgut embedding therapy.
