中西医结合治疗结肠癌66例的效果研究

Study on the effect of combined Chinese and Western medicine treated on 66 cases with colon cancer

目的:探讨中西医结合治疗结肠癌的效果。方法:收治结肠癌患者66例,随机分为对照组和试验组各33例。对照组患者术后进行化疗,观察组患者术后进行化疗和中医治疗。结果:试验组有效率65.63%,对照组有效率37.50%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用复方苦参注射液联合化疗的效果明显好于单纯化疗,且不良反应发生率明显降低。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of combined Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of coloncancer.Methods:66 patients with colon cancer were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group with 33cases in each.Patients in the control group were treated with chemotherapy,while in the observation group were treated withchemotherapy and traditional Chinese medicine.Results:The effective rate of the experimental group was 65.63%,and the controlgroup was 37.50% ,the difference was statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The efficacy ofcompound matrine injection combined with chemotherapy is better than chemotherapy alone,and the incidence of adversereactions was significantly lower.
