探究急诊消化内科上消化道出血的治疗措施

Investigation on the treatment of upper digestive tract hemorrhage in the emergency department of gastroenterology

目的:探讨急诊消化内科上消化道出血的治疗措施。方法:收治急诊消化内科上消化道出血患者100例,随机分为试验组及对照组。试验组给予中西医结合治疗,对照组仅给予西药治疗。结果:试验组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组平均恢复时间较对照组少(P<0.05)。结论:给予急诊消化内科患者中西结合方法治疗,可提高患者的治疗效果,改善患者的临床不良症状,缩短患者恢复健康的时间。

Objective:To investigate the treatment on upper digestive tract hemorrhage in the emergency department ofgastroenterology.Methods:100 patients with upper digestive tract hemorrhage were selected from the emergency department ofgastroenterology,they were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.Patients in the experimental groupwere treated with Chinese and Western medicine,while in the control group were treated with western medicine.Results:The totaleffective rate in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The average recovery time of theexperimental group was less than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Combined Chinese and Western medicinetreatment in the emergency department of gastroenterology can improve the treatment effect,improve the clinical symptoms andshorten the recovery time of patients.
