超声对子宫肌瘤脂肪变的诊断价值

Ultrasonic diagnostic value of uterine fibroids fatty change

目的:探讨超声对子宫肌瘤脂肪变的诊断价值。方法:应用二维超声、彩色多普勒超声及弹性成像技术,经阴道超声进行检查,术后与病理对照分析。结果:5例子宫肌瘤脂肪变患者中,超声正确诊断4例,误诊1例。结论:子宫肌瘤脂肪变超声表现复杂,易误诊及漏诊,二维、彩色多普勒超声及弹性成像检查能清晰地显示子宫肌瘤脂肪变的声像图特征,并有助于鉴别诊断。

Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of ultrasound in uterine fibroids fatty change.Methods:Application oftwo-dimensional ultrasound,color doppler ultrasound and flexible imaging technology,they were examined by transvaginalultrasound,postoperation and pathology were given controlled analysis.Results:In 5 patients with uterine fibroids fatty change,4cases were diagnosed correctly by ultrasound,and 1 case was misdiagnosed.Conclusion:The ultrasonic manifestation of uterinefibroids fatty change is complex,and it is easy to be misdiagnosed and missed diagnosis.Two dimensional,color doppler ultrasoundand flexible imaging examination can clearly show the ultrasonic image characteristics of uterine fibroids fatty change,and help toidentify the diagnosis.
