超声引导在颈内静脉穿刺置管术中的应用

Application of ultrasound guided puncture in internal jugular vein catheterization

目的:分析超声引导在颈内静脉穿刺置管术中的应用效果。方法:收治静脉穿刺置管患者80例,随机平分为两组,对照组采用盲穿法,观察组采用超声引导穿刺方案,比较两组患者的穿刺成功率及相关并发症发生率。结果:观察组穿刺置管成功率100.0%,高于对照组的87.5%;观察组并发症发生率2.5%,少于对照组的37.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在颈内静脉穿刺置管术中,相较传统盲穿法采用超声引导穿刺方案,穿刺成功率高,并发症发生率低。

Objective:To analyze the effect of ultrasound guided puncture in internal jugular vein puncture.Methods:80 patientswith internal jugular vein puncture were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups,the control group wsed blindmethod,the observation group was guided by ultrasound guided puncture,we compared the success rate of puncture in the twogroups,and the incidence of related complications.Results: The success rate of the observation group 100% was higher than that ofthe control group of 87.5%.The incidence of complications in the observation group was 2.5% less than that in the control group37.5%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the internal jugular vein puncture, compared with thetraditional blind puncture method, the success rate is high, the complication rate is low.
