原位杂交检测EBER中常见问题与对策

摘要 目的:EB病毒与许多肿瘤性疾病和非肿瘤性疾病相关,在临床检测中经常应用的检测方法有原位杂交检测法、免疫组化检测法、电镜检测法。近年来,随着科技的发展,在EB病毒检测中,EBER原位杂交检测方法已经成为最主要的检测方法,该方法具有很强的特异性和灵敏度,同时在使用的过程中也容易受到各种因素的影响。本文结合原位杂交检测的应用流程和失败原因,对其常见问题进行分析,并探讨解决策略,以期为原位杂交检测方法的有效运用提供一定的借鉴。 EB virus is associated with many tumor and non neoplastic diseases,in clinical detection,the most commonly useddetection methods are in situ hybridization detection,immunohistochemistry detection method,electron microscopic examinationmethod.In recent years,with the development of science and technology,in the detection of EB virus,EBER in situ hybridizationdetection method has become the most important detection method,this method has a strong specificity and sensitivity,and it isalso easy to be influenced by various factors in the process of using.This paper analyzes the common problems combined with theapplication process and the failure reason of in situ hybridization detection,explores solutions,in order to provide a reference forthe effective use of in situ hybridization detection method.
