经尿道良性前列腺增生电切除术后的护理体会

Nursing experience after transurethral resection of benign prostatic hyperplasia

目的:总结经尿道良性前列腺增生电切除术后的护理经验。方法:收治良性前列腺增生患者76例,给予经尿道前列腺电切除术及术后护理措施,观察护理效果。结果:76例患者均顺利完成手术治疗,平均手术时间(40.2±9.7)min,平均住院时间(9.7±2.1)d。1例患者出现心源性休克,2例患者出现电切综合征,3例患者出现暂时性尿失禁。结论:经尿道前列腺电切除术及有效的术后护理可有效提升良性前列腺增生患者的治疗效果,降低并发症的发生。

Objective:To summarize the nursing experience after transurethral resection of benign prostatic hyperplasia.Methods:76 cases of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia were given transurethral resection of prostate and postoperative nursingmeasures,the nursing effect was observed.Results:76 cases of patients had successful surgery,the average operative time was(40.2±9.7)min,the average hospitalization time was (9.7±2.1)d.1 case of patient had cardiogenic shock,2 cases of patients hadtransurethral resection syndrome and 3 cases of patients had temporary incontinence.Conclusion:Transurethral resection ofprostate and effective postoperative nursing measures could improve the therapeutic effect of patients with benign prostatichyperplasia effectively and decrease the complication.
