摘要
目的:探讨优质护理用于产科病房的护理效果。方法:将200例分娩孕妇随机分为观察组和对照组,每组100例,观察组实施优质护理,对照组采取常规护理模式,对比两组患者的护理效果。结果:观察组在患者满意度调查、健康教育知晓率、护理投诉、护理文书正确率、基础护理落实率等指标与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将优质护理运用于产科,能有效提高患者的满意度和护理质量。
Objective:To explore the nursing effect of high quality nursing in maternity ward.Methods:200 cases of pregnantwomen were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 100 cases in each.The observation group wasimplemented high quality nursing.The control group was given routine nursing mode.The nursing effects of the two groups werecompared.Results:The patient satisfaction survey,health education awareness,nursing complaints,nursing documents correctly rate,basic nursing implementation rate and other indexes of the observation group were compared with those of the control group,thedifferences were significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of high quality nursing in obstetrics can effectivelyimprove the patient's satisfaction and nursing quality.
