社区家长课堂在儿童扩大免疫规划疫苗接种中的应用调查

Application investigation of community parents class in the children's expanded program immunization vaccination

目的:探讨社区家长课堂在社区儿童扩大免疫规划疫苗接种中的应用。方法:对参加社区预防接种家长课堂的家长600人进行调查研究,在授课前和授课后各进行1次问卷调查,内容为讲课核心知识内容。结果:儿童家长听课前预防接种知识点平均得分31.00分,听课后平均得分91.50分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过定期举办免疫规划接种社区家长课堂,让家长了解国家扩大免疫规划政策,认识到及时接种疫苗的重要性,利用家长们之间的同伴教育,提高了家长的接种依从性。

Objective:To explore the application of community parents class in the community children's expanded programimmunization vaccination.Methods:600 cases of children's parents with participation in community vaccination parents class weregiven investigated and studied.They were given one time questionnaire survey before and after the teaching,the content was thecore content of the lecture.Results:The vaccination knowledge average score of children's parents before class was 31.00 scores,the average score after class was 91.50 scores,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Through the regularimmune planning vaccination community parents class,it can let parents to understand the country expanded programimmunization policy,recognize the importance of timely vaccination,the use of peer education among parents improve thevaccination compliances of parents.
