门诊药房口服药物退药管理现状及风险分析

Current situation and risk analysis of drug withdrawal management in outpatient pharmacy

目的:在和谐社会建设进程不断加快的背景下,现代医院越来越重视"以人为本"理念的贯彻实施,医院管理水平也愈发提高。作为医院管理的一项主要内容,门诊药房退药管理和患者的用药安全性以及医院整体的经济效益都有着密切联系。文章简单介绍了本院门诊药房口服药物的退药管理现状,分析了退药风险,并提出了管理对策。

Under the background of the construction of a harmonious society,the modern hospital pay more and more attention to the implementation of the concept of "people-oriented",the level of hospital management is also more and more.As one of the main contents of hospital management,it is closely related to the drug safety and the economic benefit of the patients.This paper briefly introduces the status quo of the drug withdrawal management in our hospital outpatient pharmacy,analyzes the risk of drug withdrawal,and puts forward the management strategies.
