微创手术治疗胃溃疡的效果观察

Clinical observation of minimally invasive surgical treatment of gastric ulcer

目的:对微创手术治疗胃溃疡的临床效果进行观察。方法:收治胃溃疡患者88例,随机分两组,各44例,对照组给予BillrothⅠ式胃空肠吻合术治疗,观察组给予微创手术治疗,对比两组患者手术效果及术后并发症。结果:观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,术中出血量显著少于对照组,手术时间及住院时间均显著短于对照组,术后并发症发生率显著低于对照组。结论:微创手术治疗胃溃疡效果显著,可有效减少给患者造成的创伤,缩短住院时间,降低并发症发生风险。

Objective:To observe the effect of minimally invasive surgical treatment of gastric ulcer.Methods:88 patients with gastric ulcer were selected,they were randomly divided into two groups,44 cases in each,the Billroth I gastrojejunal anastomosis in the treatment was given to the control group,the observation group given minimally invasive surgical treatment,compared two groups of patients with operation effect and surgical complications.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the amount of bleeding was significantly less than that of the control group,operation time and hospital stay were significantly shorter than the control group,the incidence of postoperative complications was significantly lower than that of the control group.Conclusion:Minimally invasive surgical treatment of gastric ulcer effect is remarkable,can effectively reduce the trauma of the patients,shorten the length of hospital stay,reduce the risk of complications.
