摘要
目的：探讨影响胫骨Pilon骨折手术疗效的相关因素。方法：回顾性分析胫骨Pilon骨折患者32例的临床资料。结果：经过3～15个月的随访，25例术后踝关节的症状和功能评分为可，7例为差。3例患者术后出现并发症，经治疗后痊愈。结论：骨折类型是影响胫骨Pilon骨折手术效果的重要因素。
Objective:To investigate the related factors affecting the curative effect of surgical treating tibial Pilon fracture.Methods:The clinical data of 32 caes of patients with tibial Pilon fracture were analyzed retrospectively.Results:After 3 to 15 months of follow-up,25 cases had good symptoms and functional score of postoperative ankle,that of 7 cases were poor.3 cases of patients had complications after operation,and cured after treatment.Conclusion:Fracture type was an important factor affecting the curative effect of surgical treating tibial Pilon fracture.
