早期治疗先天性马蹄内翻足83例

Early treatment of 83 patients with congenital clubfoot

目的:研究对小儿先天性马蹄内翻足进行早期固定矫正治疗的方法及其疗效。方法:对出生1个月内的马蹄内翻足患儿进行早期治疗及巩固治疗,观察疗效。结果:83例患儿全部治愈,待小儿能行走后无跛行及步态异常。结论:对小儿马蹄内翻足早期进行固定矫正治疗,效果好,费用低,无痛苦,可明显提高患儿生活质量。

Objective:To study the method and effect of early fixed orthodontic treatment for children with congenital clubfoot.Methods:We made early treatment and consolidation therapy for children born within a month with congenital clubfoot.Results:All 83 cases were cured,the children without a limp and abnormal gait when they can walk.Conclusion:Early fixed orthodontic treatment for children with congenital clubfoot has good effect,low cost,no pain,it can significantly improve the quality of life of children.
