美托洛尔与稳心颗粒联合治疗高血压心脏病室性早搏患者的临床效果

The clinical effect of metoprolol combined with wenxin granule in the treatment of hypertensive heart disease patients with ventricular premature beat

目的:研究并探讨美托洛尔与稳心颗粒联合治疗高血压心脏病室性早搏疾病的临床效果。方法:收治高血压心脏病室性早搏患者80例,随机平分为两组,对照组给予美托洛尔法治疗,试验组给予美托洛尔与稳心颗粒联合法治疗。比较患者治疗后的临床效果及血液流变学指标。结果:试验组临床治疗效果及治疗前后血液流变学指标改善显著优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用美托洛尔与稳心颗粒联合治疗高血压心脏痛室性早搏疾病的临床效果较好。

Objective:To study and explore the clinical effect of metoprolol combined with wenxin granule in the treatment of hypertensive heart disease patients with ventricular premature beat.Methods:80 hypertensive heart disease patients with ventricular premature beat were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups,patients in the control group were given metoprolol treatment,patients in the experimental group received metoprolol combined with wenxin granule therapy.We compared the clinical effect of the treatment and the blood rheology index after treatment.Results:The clinical the rapeutic effect and the improvement of blood rheology index after treatment in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group,the differences were obvious(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical curative effect of metoprolol combined with wenxin granule in the treatment of hypertensive heart disease patients with ventricular premature beat is good.
