内外结合治疗乳房肿块病效果观察68例

Observation of curative effect of internal and external therapy in the treatment of 68 patients with breast mass

目的:通过对运用十六味流气饮内服,香地饼外敷治疗68例乳房肿块病患者的临床疗效观察,探讨该方的作用机制。方法:收治乳房肿块病患者136例,均为乳腺增生有炎性肿块的患者,随机平分为两组,治疗组采用内服十六味流气饮,外敷香地饼治疗,对照组患者口服三苯氧胺片及乳核散结片治疗,对比两组疗效。结果:治疗组治疗率94.1%,高于对照组的86.8%;乳房肿块疼痛消失及治愈时间明显短于对照组;治疗组复发率8.6%,低于对照组的28.6%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:十六味流气饮治疗妇女乳腺肿块临床效果显著。

Objective:To discuss the mechanism of the method by obsering the use of liuqi decoction of sixteen ingredients for oral administration and spicily cake external application in the treatment of 68 patients with breast masses.Methods:136 patients with breast mass were selected,all patients with hyperplasia of mammary glands or inflammatory masses,they were randomly divided into the two groups,patients in rhe treatment group were treated by obsering the use of liuqi decoction of sixteen ingredients for oral administration and spicily cake external application,patients in the observation group were treated by tamoxifen tablets and ruhesanjie tablets,we compared the efficacy of the two groups.Results:The treatment rate of the treatment group 94.1% which was higher than that in the control group of 86.8%.The pain disappeared and cure time of breast mass were significantly shorter than those of the control group.The recurrence rate 8.6% was lower than that of the control group of 28.6%,the differences between the two groups were significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of liuqi decoction of sixteen ingredients in the treatment of patients with breast masses is significant.
