中药硬膏热贴敷辅助治疗小儿肺炎的效果及安全性分析

Analysis of the efficacy and safety of traditional Chinese medicine plaster hot compress as adjuvant treatment of infantile pneumonia

目的:探讨中药硬膏热贴敷辅助治疗肺炎患儿的效果及安全性。方法:收治肺炎患儿100例,分为试验组和对照组。对照组采用常规西药治疗,试验组采用常规西药联合中药硬膏热贴敷治疗,比较两组疗效及不良反应。结果:试验组总有效率(96.00%)明显高于对照组(64.00%)(P<0.05)。试验组不良反应发生率(2.00%)明显低于对照组(28.00%)(P<0.05)。试验组肺部湿啰音消失天数、住院时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中药硬膏热贴敷治疗小儿肺炎效果显著,安全可靠。

Objective:To investigate the efficacy and safety of traditional Chinese medicine plaster hot compress as adjuvant treatment of children with pneumonia.Methods:100 cases of children with pneumonia were divided into the experimental group and the control group.The control group was treated with routine western medicine,the experimental group was treated with routine western medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicine plaster hot compress,the curative effects and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the experimental group(96.00%) was significantly higher than that of the control group(64.00% ) (P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group(2.00% ) was significantly lower than that in the control group(28.00% ) (P<0.05).The pulmonary rales disappearance time and hospitalization time of the experimental group were significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine plaster hot compress treating pediatric pneumonia had significant effect,which was safe and reliable.
