止咳平喘汤治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的效果观察

Curative effect observation of Zhike Pingchuan decoction in the treatment of cough variance asthma in children

目的:探讨止咳平喘汤治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的效果。方法:收治小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘80例,分为对照组与观察组。对照组采用特布他林和孟鲁司特治疗,观察组在对照组基础上运用止咳平喘汤治疗,比较两组疗效。结果:观察组治疗有效率97.5%,明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组症状缓释时长(4.5±2.17)d,明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:止咳平喘汤可以快速地改善小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的咳喘症状,提高疗效。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Zhike Pingchuan decoction in the treatment of cough variant asthma in children.Methods:80 cases of children with cough variant asthma were divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group were treated with terbutaline and montelukast,the observation group treated with Zhike Pingchuan decoction based on the control group,the curative effect of the two groups were compared.Results:The effective rate of the observation group was 97.5%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The release time of symptoms in the observation group was (4.5 ± 2.17)d,which was significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Zhike Pingchuan decoction could improve the cough symptoms of children with cough variant asthma quickly and improve the curative effect.
