摘要
目的:探讨彩超在乳腺疾病筛查中的临床应用价值。方法:用二维超声及彩色多普勒对乳腺疾病进行筛查诊断,对阳性病例及时提供诊治建议,并对其钼靶诊断及病理学结果进行对照分析,对诊治过程进行随访。结果:在8 014例体检者中,彩超提示乳腺增生2 081例,乳腺纤维瘤341例,乳腺导管内乳头状瘤148例,乳腺囊肿29例,乳腺炎1例,乳腺癌4例,乳腺良性病变105例。结论:正常乳腺组织、乳腺良性恶性病变在超声声像图中有显著的差异,彩超具有无创、简捷、安全、可重复、准确性高等特点。
Objective:To discuss the application value of color Doppler ultrasound in screening of breast diseases.Methods:Screening and diagnosis of breast diseases with two dimensional ultrasound and color Doppler,the diagnosis and treatment of positive cases were offered,and the diagnosis and pathological results were compared,the diagnosis and treatment were followed up.Results:In 8 014 healthy people,colour exceeds clew 2 081 cases of breast hyperplasia,341 cases of mammary gland fibroma,breast intraductal papilloma 148 cases,29 cases of breast cysts,mastitis in 1 case,4 cases of breast cancer,benign breast lesions 105 cases.Conclusion:Normal breast tissues and breast benign lesions were significantly different in the ultrasonic images,and the color Doppler ultrasound has the characteristics of non-invasive,simple,safe,repeatable and accurate.
