膝关节梗死的MRI诊断价值

Diagnostic value of Magnetic resonance imaging for bone infarction in the knee joint

目的:探讨MRI在膝关节骨梗死诊断中的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析膝关节骨梗死患者14例的MRI表现。结果:8例患者病变累及胫骨近段及股骨远端,5例仅累及股骨远端,1例仅累及胫骨近端,多发癍片状地图样改变11例。累及骨节软骨面10例,有不同程度的关节腔积液11例。结论:MRI对于膝关节骨梗死诊断、分期及预后有重要价值。

Objective:To investigate the application value of MRI in the diagnosis of bone infarction in the knee joint.Methods:The MRI manifestation of 14 cases of patients with bone infarction in the knee joint were analyzed retrospectively.Results:8 cases of patients had lesions involving proximal tibia and distal femur,5 cases only had lesions involving distal femur,1 case only had lesions involving proximal tibia,and 11 cases had multiple patchy changes.10 cases had lesions involving condyle cartilage and 11 cases had varying degrees of articular cavity effusion.Conclusion:MRI had important value in the diagnosis,staging and prognosis of bone infarction in the knee joint.
