血清AFP、CEA、CA125、CA199联检对诊断原发性肝癌的作用

The effect of joint inspection of serum CEA,CA125,AFP and CA199 in the diagnosis of patients with primary hepatic carcinoma

目的:探讨血清AFP、CEA、CA125、CA199联检在诊断原发性肝癌中的作用。方法:原发性肝癌患者、同期住院的良性肝病患者和正常对照组各60例,晨起空腹采取肘静脉血3 mL,分离出血清,待检。结果:原发性肝癌组、良性肝病组与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义;原发性肝癌组与良性肝病组比较,差异有统计学意义;联合检验提高了诊断敏感度,但是特异性有所下降(P<0.05)。结论:血清AFP、CEA、CA125、CA199联检有利于提高阳性检出率。

Objective:To investigate the effect of joint inspection of serum CEA,CA125,AFP and CA199 in the diagnosis of patients with primary hepatic carcinoma.Methods:60 patients with primary liver cancer,60 patients with benign liver disease in the same period and 60 cases in the normal control group were selected.The blood sampling method was used to collect blood from the elbow vein,and the blood was taken in the early morning to take venous blood 3 mL,the serum was separated to be seized.Results:The differences between the primary liver cancer group,the benign liver disease group and the control group was statistically significant.The difference between the primary liver cancer group and the benign liver disease group was statistically significant.The combined test increased the diagnostic sensitivity,but the specificity decreased(P<0.05).Conclusion:The joint inspection of serum CEA,CA125,AFP,CA199 is beneficial to improve the positive detection rate.
