自由体位分娩与人文关怀联合应用促进自然分娩

Free posture in delivery combined with humanistic care to promote natural delivery

目的:探讨自由体位分娩与人文关怀联合应用促进自然分娩的效果。方法:收治初产妇440例,随机分为两组。观察组给予自由体位分娩联合人文关怀,对照组给予传统模式分娩,比较两组分娩方式、生产时间、新生儿窒息率和出血情况。结果:观察组第一产程、第二产程时长明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组顺产率明显高于对照组,阴道助产率、剖宫产率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组新生儿窒息率、产后出血明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:自由体位分娩与人文关怀联合应用可缩短产妇产程,降低新生儿窒息率及剖宫产率,减少产后出血。

Objective:To explore the effect of free posture in delivery combined with humanistic care to promote natural delivery.Methods:440 cases of primipara were divided into two groups randomly.The observation group were given free posture in delivery combined with humanistic care,the control group were given traditional model delivery,the delivery mode,birth process time,neonatal asphyxia rate and bleeding of the two groups were compared.Results:The first stage of birth time,second stage of birth time in the observation group were significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The spontaneous rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the vaginal delivery rate and cesarean section rate were significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The neonatal asphyxia rate and postpartum hemorrhage in the observation group were significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Free posture in delivery combined with humanistic care could shorten the birth process time of primipara and reduce the neonatal asphyxia rate and cesarean section rate,which could reduce the postpartum hemorrhage.
