自制手术室压疮风险评估表在术中压疮高危患者中的应用

Application of self made operation room pressure ulcer risk assessment in patients with high risk of pressure sores

目的:讨论分析自制手术室压疮风险评估表在手术中压疮高危患者中的应用价值和效果。方法:收治骨科手术患者120例,分两组,各60例。对照组患者采取常规压疮的护理措施,试验组患者在进行常规压疮护理措施的基础上,采用自制的手术室压疮风险评估表进行评估分析,对在手术过程中压疮的中、高危患者进行更加有针对性的护理治疗。对比两组患者压疮发生率。结果:试验组患者的压疮机率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。手术时间越长,压疮几率就越高。结论:采取手术室压疮风险评估表,能够准确地对手术中的压疮高危患者进行评估,从而能够有针对性地进行护理。

Objective:To discuss the application of self made operation room pressure ulcer risk assessment in patients with high risk of pressure sores.Methods:120 patients with orthopaedic surgery were selected,they were divided into two groups,60 cases in each The control group were treated with routine nursing care,the experimental group were treated with the operation room,the risk assessment of pressure ulcer was carried out.The incidence of pressure ulcer was compared between the two groups.Results:The rate of pressure ulcer in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The longer operation time,the higher the rate of pressure sores.Conclusion:To take the risk assessment of pressure ulcer in operation room,to evaluate the patients with high risk,so as to improve the prevention ability of pressure sore.
