人性化管理理念联合常规护理在神经内科患者中的应用效果 被引量:15

摘要 目的:探讨人性化管理理念联合常规护理在神经内科患者中的应用效果。方法:收治神经内科患者90例,随机平分为两组。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上进行人性化管理,对比两组患者护理后的效果。结果:观察组对护理人员的护理水平、护理责任心、服务态度、健康教育情况以及风险意识等指标的满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在神经内科护理中运用人性化管理理念联合常规护理,可有效提升整体护理水平,进而提升患者对护理人员的护理满意度。 Objective:To explore the application effect of patients in the Department of Internal Medicine-Neurology with humanized management concept and usual care.Method:90 patients in the Department of Internal Medicine-Neurology were selected,they were divided into two groups randomly.The control group received usual care,the observation group received humanized management on the basis of the control group,compared the nursing effect of the two groups of patients.Results:The satisfaction to nursing staff of nursing care level,nursing responsibility,service attitude,health education and risk awareness and other indicators of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of humanized management concept and usual care in the Department of Internal Medicine-Neurology nursing can effectively improve the overall level of nursing, and then improve the patients' satisfaction with nursing care.
