洛阳市老城区邙山镇卫生院老年人糖尿病发病率的调查及分析

Investigation and analysis of the incidence of diabetes in the elderly of Mangshan town health center in the old city of Luoyang City

目的：对本镇老年人糖尿病的发病率进行回顾性分析，以更好地进行防治。方法：选取60岁以上的老年人936例，进行空腹血糖及餐后2h血糖的检测筛查。结果：老年人糖尿病发病率10.1%；发病率随着年龄的增长逐渐降低，较高地集中在60～80岁，85岁以上发病率较低；并且老年人糖尿病患者合并症较多。结论：老年人糖尿病发病率较高，常合并慢性疾病，应加强筛查及防治。

Objective:In order to make a better prevention and cure of diabetes,the incidence of diabetes in elderly people in our town was analyzed retrospectively.Methods:936 eldly people over 60 years old were selected,all of them were screened for fasting blood glucose and postprandial 2 h blood glucose.Results:The incidence of diabetes in the elderly was 10.1%.The incidence of the disease was gradually decreased with age,and the higher concentration was between 60 and 80 years old,the incidence rate was low for eldly over 85 years old,and elderly diabetic patients with more complications.Conclusion:Elderly people have a high incidence of diabetes,and often combined with chronic diseases,we should strengthen the screening and prevention.
