Knowledge awareness rate and comparison of different types of radiation workers' protection knowledge

目的:研究放射诊疗专业的工作人员对防护知识的知晓率及其影响因素。方法:对从事放射诊疗专业的工作人员进行回顾性分析和对防护知识的知晓率行问卷调查。结果:工作5年和工作3年的人群对防护知识的知晓率明显高于工作1年的人群;操作仪器种类,是否定期参加专业培训和工龄影响放射防护知识知晓率(P<0.05)。结论:随着工作年限的延长,放射工作人员对防护知识的知晓率呈现日益提高的趋势,操作仪器种类、是否定期参加专业培训和工龄是影响防护知识知晓率的主要因素。

Objective:To study the awareness rate of protective knowledge and its influencing factors of the professional staff in the radiation treatment.Methods:We had a retrospective analysis of the staff engaged in the radiation treatment and made a questionnaire survey on the awareness rate of protective knowledge.Results:The awareness rate of protection knowledge of people who working 5 years and working 3 years were significantly higher than work for 1 year.The type of operation instrument,whether to participate in professional training and working age affect the awareness rate of radiation protection knowledge(P<0.05).Conclusion:With the extension of working life,the awareness of radiation protection knowledge of the radiation workers presented increasing trend.The main factors that affect the awareness rate of protection knowledge are the types of operation instruments,the participation of professional training and working age.
