摘要
目的:了解居民对社区卫生服务站服务质量的真实感受和评价,找出影响社区卫生服务质量的主要问题,为提高社区卫生服务质量提供参考。方法:利用社区卫生服务servqual量表对老年健康体检者进行调查,对该社区卫生服务站服务质量进行测评,并对结果进行分析。结果:社区居民对社区卫生服务质量的期望值高。结论:Servqual评价法能较全面、客观地反映社区卫生服务质量,对社区卫生服务质量的持续改进具有指导作用。
Objective:To understand the true feelings and evaluation of residents' about the quality of service in community health service station,to find out the main problems affecting the quality of community health services,and provide reference for improving the quality of community health services.Methods:By using the servqual scale of community health service,we investigated the health examination of the elderly,evaluated the service quality of the community health service station and analyzed and the results.Results:Residents of the community health service had high expectations for the quality of community health services.Conclusion:The servqual evaluation method can reflect the community health service quality comprehensively and objectively,and has the guidance function to the continuous improvement of the quality of community health service.
