摘要 目的:探讨一对一带教模式在优质护理示范病房实习的本科生中的应用效果。方法:本院已有三届本科生完成或即将完成临床实习,期间我科积累了临床带教经验,探索尝试并采用一对一的带教模式,即带教老师和护生之间的一对一带教。结果:开设优质护理服务的示范病房,在实施一对一带教模式后,经过三届学生的检验,效果满意。结论:采取一对一的带教模式后,使护生有更多的机会参与临床护理,增强护生的动手能力、护患沟通能力,使护生树建立起强大的自信心。 Objective:To discuss the effect of one to one teaching mode in the undergraduate students.Methods:There are three undergraduate students in our college,or about to complete the clinical practice,during the period of the accumulated clinical experience,try using one to one teaching mode, namely teachers and nursing students between the one to one teaching.Results:Demonstration ward to carry out quality care services,after the implementation of one to one teaching mode, after the examination of the three students,the effect of satisfaction.Conclusion:Taking a one to one with a teaching mode,so that nursing students have more opportunities to participate in clinical nursing,enhancing the ability of nursing students,nursing communication skills,building up a strong self-confidence.
