目的:膝关节作为人体最复杂的关节,在日常生活及各种体育运动中都有可能发生损伤。膝关节损伤后,往往需要手术或固定制动,这样就极易导致膝关节功能下降,严重者可导致关节的僵硬,将为患者日后的生活和工作带来许多的不便和痛苦。Neurac康复训练相比于传统的临床康复手段,不仅可以使疼痛减轻或消失,还可以整合局部和整体肌肉,以及恢复正常关节活动度等作用。因此,本文将探讨Neurac训练对膝关节功能恢复的影响,旨在通过Neurac技术在临床治疗中的实际应用,提高膝关节康复效率,为康复患者带来福音。

The knee joint is the most complex joint in the human body,which is likely to be injured in the daily life and all kinds of sports.After injury of the knee joint,the surgery or fixed brake often are needed,which were very easy to lead to function decrease of the knee.In severe cases,it can lead to joint stiffness,which will bring a lot of inconvenience and pain for patients in the future life and work.Compared with traditional clinical rehabilitation methods,Neurac rehabilitation training can not only reduce or disappear the pain,but also can integrate the local and overall muscles,as well as to restore the normal level of activity and so on.Therefore,in this paper,the author will explore the effect of Neurac training on knee joint function recovery,through the application of Neurac technology in clinical treatment,which can improve the efficiency of knee joint rehabilitation,and bring the gospel to rehabilitation patients.
