研究多种西药合用的不良反应及对策

Research on a variety of adverse reactions and countermeasures of combination western medicine

目的:研究多种西药合用的不良反应以及解决对策。方法:回顾性分析1 000张药方,以相关文件为标准,对这些药方进行统计学分析。结果:导致患者发生不良反应的药方有72张(7.2%);不良反应的表现有药物过敏5例(6.94%),胃痛11例(15.28%),身体忽冷忽热15例(20.83%),恶心、呕吐21例(29.17%),头痛9例(12.5%),水肿11例(15.28%)。结论:医生在开具药方时,必须对所有药物的性质有一个全面的了解,使开具的药方更加规范、合理。

Objective:To research a variety of adverse reactions and countermeasures of western medicine.Methods:1 000 prescriptions were retrospective analyzed.With the relevant documents as the standard,these prescriptions were statistically analyzed.Results:In patients with adverse reactions of prescription of 72 pieces(7.2% ),adverse reactions have drug allergy in 5 cases(6.94%),stomach in 11 cases(15.28%),body cooler 15 cases(20.83%),nausea and vomiting in 21 cases (29.17%),headache in 9 cases(12.5%),edema in 11 cases(15.28%).Conclusion:The doctor must have a comprehensive understanding of the nature of all drugs,so that the prescription is more standardized and reasonable.
