摘要
目的:探讨治疗女童阴唇粘连的最佳方法。方法:收治女童阴唇粘连患者36例,对其病例资料进行回顾性分析。结果:除2例家长拒绝外,余34例均成功行徒手阴唇粘连分解术,且34例中的12例患儿曾行雌激素涂抹治疗无效后转手术,术后恢复好。结论:徒手阴唇粘连分离术是小儿妇科门诊治疗女童阴唇粘连的最佳方法,安全、有效,术后必须配合药物治疗和护理,可显著降低复发风险。
Objective:To explore the best method for the treatment of female children with adhesive.Methods:36 female children with adhesive were selected.We analyzed the data of them retrospectively.Results:In addition to 2 cases of parents refused,the remaining 34 cases were successfully performed unarmed minus the vulva,and 12 cases of the 34 cases of children with estrogen therapy after surgery,recovery was good.Conclusion:The best method for the treatment of the female children with adhesive in the pediatrics and cynecology clinic is the labia adhesions dissection by hand,safe and effective.It must be combined with drug treatment and care at the postoperative,which can significantly reduce the risk of recurrence.
