过敏性眼表疾病临床现状分析

Analysis of clinical status of allergic ocular disease

目的:探究过敏性眼表疾病患者临床现状。方法:收治过敏性眼表疾病患者120例,对所有患者进行过敏原试验以及全面眼部检查,同时观察所有患者的临床症状和检查结果。结果:患者的异物感、眼痒、烧灼感、流泪以及畏光的发生率达到95%(95/100)。患者所有体征的发生率高达92%(92/100)。结论:过敏性眼表疾病患者的临床表现各不相同。医师在准确把握好患者的病症特点之后进行针对性的治疗和及时预防是有效的。

Objective:To explore the clinical status of allergic ocular disease.Methods:120 patients with allergic ocular disease were selected.All patients were given allergen test and comprehensive eye test.The clinical symptoms performance and the inspection results of all patients were observed.Results:The incidence rate of foreign body sensation,eye oxygen,burning sensation,tears and photophobia of patients reached 95% (95/100).The incidence rate of all signs reached 92% (92/100).Conclusion:The clinical manifestations of patients with allergic ocular disease are different.After accurately grasping the symptoms characteristics of patients, targeted therapy and timely prevention are effective methods.
