积雪苷软膏在烧伤后面部色素沉着中的临床应用

Clinical application of centella triterpenes cream in the treatment of facial pigmentation after burn

目的:探讨积雪苷软膏治疗烧伤后面部色素沉着的临床疗效。方法:治疗组采用超声波导入积雪苷软膏,配合中药面膜治疗;对照组用超声波导入耦合剂,配合中药面膜。结果:治疗组总有效率91.53%,优于对照组的80.51%(P<0.01)。结论:本方法可明显淡化烧伤后的面部色素沉着,且能缩短愈合时间。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of centella triterpenes cream in the treatment of facial pigmentation after burn.Methods:Patietns in the treatment group were treated with centella triterpenes cream imported by ultrasound,with the traditional Chinese medicine mask treatment.Patietns in the control group were treated with couplant imported by ultrasound,with the traditional Chinese medicine mask treatment.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 91.53% ,which was better than that of the control group of 80.51% (P<0.01).Conclusion:This method can obviously reduce the facial pigmentation and shorten the healing time.
