乳腺中药贴联合他莫昔芬治疗乳腺增生的临床疗效观察

Clinical observation on the treatment of hyperplasia of mammary glands with traditional Chinese medicine sticking combined with tamoxifen

目的:观察乳腺中药贴联合他莫昔芬治疗乳腺增生的疗效和安全性。方法:收治乳腺增生症患者240例,分两组,对照组采用单纯他莫昔芬治疗;观察组小剂量服用枸橼酸他莫昔芬片,同时加贴本院自制的乳腺中药贴。两组患者的疗程均为3个月。结果:观察组有效率88.5%,高于对照组的50.8%(P<0.05);观察组疼痛评分降低程度明显优于对照组(P<0.01);观察组的不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:乳腺中药贴联合他莫昔芬治疗乳腺增生疗效更优。

Objective:To observe the efficacy and safety of the treatment of hyperplasia of mammary glands with traditional Chinese medicine sticking combined with tamoxifen.Methods:240 patients with hyperplasia of mammary glands were slected.They were divided into two groups.Patients in the control group were treated with tamoxifen treatment.Patients in the observation group patients with small doses of tamoxifen citrate tablets and paste the self-made breast medicine paste.The course of treatment for the two groups were 3 months.Results:The effective rate of observation group was 88.5% higher than that of the control group of 50.8% (P<0.05).The pain score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.01).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine sticking combined with tamoxifen in the treatment of mammary gland hyperplasia is better.
