复方苦参注射液联合FOLFOX方案治疗结肠癌的疗效观察

Observation on the curative effect of compound matrine injection combined with FOLFOX regimen in the treatment of colon cancer

目的:探讨复方苦参注射液联合FOLFOX方案治疗结肠癌的价值和意义。方法:按照随机数字表的方法选取结肠癌患者100例,按照双盲对照的原则分为试验组和对照组各50例,所有患者均采取FOLFOX方案化疗,试验组同时给予复方苦参注射用治疗,比较不同治疗方案的疗效差异。结果:试验组和对照组均获得临床疗效,但是试验组总缓解率更显著,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:复方苦参注射液联合FOLFOX方案治疗结肠癌能够明显提高患者的治疗效果,延长其生存期,安全性高。

Objective:To explore the value and significance of compound matrine injection combined with FOLFOX regimen in the treatment of colon cancer.Methods:100 patients with colon cancer were selected according to the random number table method,and they were divided in into the experimental group and the control group accordance with the principle of double blind,with 50 cases in each group.All the patients were treated with FOLFOX chemotherapy,while patients in the experimental group were also given compound matrine injection,then we compared the differences in efficacy between groups.Results:Both the experimental group and the control group were obtained the clinical curative effect,but the total remission rate of the experimental group was more significant,and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compound matrine injection combined with FOLFOX regimen in the treatment of colon cancer can improve the patient's treatment effect significantly,prolong the survival time and high safety.
