乌头汤联合来氟米特治疗类风湿性关节炎的临床疗效观察

Clinical curative effect observation of Wu Tou decoction combined with leflunomide in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis

目的:观察乌头汤联合来氟米特片治疗类风湿性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将100例类风湿性关节炎患者随机分为对照组和试验组各50例,对照组给予来氟米特片;试验组在对照组的基础上加用乌头汤。比较两组治疗前后患者的临床症状、血浆指标、细胞因子水平及总有效率。结果:治疗后两组各项指标的组内比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后试验组的临床症状及各项生理指标改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:乌头汤联合来氟米特能显著改善类风湿性关节炎患者的临床症状及血浆指标,降低血清中的TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-17、MMP-9,提高有效率。

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Wu Tou decoction combined with leflunomide in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.Methods:100 patients with rheumatoid arthritis were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group with 50 cases in each.The control group was given leflunomide tablets.The experimental group was given Wu Tou decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical symptoms,blood plasma indicators,cytokine levels and total effective rate of two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the intra-group comparisons of indexes in two groups were significantly different(P<0.05).After treatment,the improvement degrees of clinical symptoms and each physiological indexes in the experimental group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Wu Tou decoction combined with leflunomide can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and blood plasma indicators of patients with rheumatoid arthritis,reduce the serum levels of TNF-α,IL-1,IL-17 and MMP-9,improve the effective rate.
