摘要
目的:探讨胃肠减压中优质护理的应用效果。方法:将42例胃肠减压治疗患者随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上给予优质护理。观察两组患者的护理效果。结果:观察组知识掌握度、配合度、情绪稳定度、总有效率、并发症发生率及住院时间均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理在胃肠减压治疗中,能够加快患者的康复进程,保障患者的生活质量。
Objective:To explore the application effect of high quality nursing in gastrointestinal decompression.Methods:42 patients with gastrointestinal decompression were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing.Patients in the observation group were given high quality nursing on the basis of the control group.The nursing effects of the two groups were observed.Results:The knowledge master degree,cooperation degree,emotional stability,the total effective rate,complications incidence rate and hospitalization time of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The high quality nursing in gastrointestinal decompression treatment can accelerate the recovery process of patients,guarantee the life quality of patients.
